Peggy Malloy

Peggy Malloy has worked full-time on OSEP-funded technical assistance and dissemination projects on deaf-blindness since 1997. She has a master's degree in librarianship and a Ph.D. in public health. Her areas of expertise include product development, implementation science, and library research and management in the fields of deaf-blindness, disabilities, and health care.
